I am Hayashi, the president of Xcountry Inc.

When I was a student, I traveled to 150 cities around the world and also experienced coaching sports abroad. The many people, cultures, and learning experiences I encountered there are my assets and the starting point of my desire to work connecting people to people and countries to countries.

In 2015, we started our business mainly importing and exporting from a single apartment, utilizing the network and experience we have cultivated overseas. The “Xcountry” in our company name means “to be a bridge that crosses countries. In our logo, we have subtly incorporated the number “1” to express our desire to “try” and “create the most valuable business in a challenging field.

In the early days of our business, we were not well known and did not have a good track record, and the products we purchased did not sell well. Nevertheless, our acquaintances at the time supported us with purchases and store introductions, and we were able to build a track record that has now sustained our business for more than 10 years. With that debt of gratitude in mind, we strongly hope that we can help someone in Japan or overseas this time.

Currently, I visit overseas every month to expand my network as a business partner and friend. I am truly grateful for the friends and colleagues who share our vision and are willing to walk with us in these activities. We are looking forward to working with you.

As a father of two myself, I value “products that families are happy to use” and “services that children enjoy.

Together with like-minded colleagues, we have refined our products and services based on customer feedback and have already begun to offer new experiences through urban development and sports in a wide range of forms, from handling products to sports-related businesses and the operation of community spaces where local residents can gather.

Xcountry produces more than just “things. It is the smiles, connections, and happiness that lie on the other side. If you see someone holding one of our products on the street. I might ask them to shake hands with us. This is nothing but our gratitude for the relationship that has been created as a result of the products that we have spent so much time working on. In fact, when I first saw that scene in the city, I almost cried with joy.
